1. Acceptance of the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CleverPass (hereinafter, the “Application”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Application.

2. Service Description

CleverPass is a secure password manager developed by GetClever that allows users to store, manage, and synchronize credentials and other sensitive information in an encrypted manner.

CleverPass is designed with a privacy-first approach, ensuring that data control always remains in the hands of the user.

3. Use of the Application

The user agrees to:
  • Use CleverPass only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the operation of the Application
  • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the software
  • Properly protect their device and authentication methods

4. User Data and Responsibility

The user is solely responsible for:
  • The information entered into CleverPass
  • The security of their PIN, biometrics, or device credentials
  • Backups and synchronization using third-party cloud services

CleverPass cannot recover master passwords, PINs, or encrypted data in the event of loss.

5. Synchronization and Third-Party Services

CleverPass may offer optional synchronization through third-party cloud storage services (for example, Google Drive).

The use of such services is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties. GetClever is not responsible for the operation, availability, or security of external services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to CleverPass, including the software, design, logos, and content, belong to GetClever.

These Terms do not grant the user any ownership rights over the Application.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

CleverPass is provided “as is” and “as available”.

While advanced security measures are applied, GetClever does not guarantee that the Application will be free from errors, interruptions, or vulnerabilities, nor that it will be completely secure against unauthorized access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetClever shall not be liable for:
  • Loss of data
  • Unauthorized access resulting from improper use of the user’s device
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Suspension or Termination

GetClever reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to CleverPass if fraudulent use or use contrary to these Terms is detected.

10. Changes to the Terms

GetClever may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be published along with the corresponding revision date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
